EAM Consultant (m/f/d)
As an EAM consultant, you will work with our customers on the introduction and operation of modern EAM platforms. The development of customer requirements is just as much a part of the job as the use of techniques such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence.

The requirements
Your tasks will focus on one or more of the following subject areas:
- Implementation of workshops, creation of technical specifications and concepts in the field of enterprise asset management
- Implementation and configuration of customer requirements with the support of Infor EAM integrated customizing tools
- System extensions and application customizing tools
Your profile
- You are enthusiastic, enjoy learning and have the ability to think in context or to recognize connections
- Completed studies (engineering, business studies, natural sciences or business informatics) or comparable qualifications
- Logical-analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working
- Understanding of technical and operational processes
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Professional experience as a developer / consultant for the Infor EAM system (or a comparable system)
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness for project-related business trips (national and international)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Knowledge and development experience with Java; Scripting languages Python, Jython, JavaScript; Knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence; Project experience with the products Infor ION, Infor Coleman Analytics

Konsultant Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) pracuje wspólnie z naszymi klientami przy wdrożeniu i utrzymaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań EAM. Na pracę konsultanta składa się zarówno analiza wymagań klientów, jak i wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii takich jak: rzeczywistość rozszerzona i sztuczna inteligencja.

Wymagania
Twoje zadania będą koncentrować się na jednym lub kilku z następujących obszarów tematycznych:
- Realizacja warsztatów z klientami, tworzenie specyfikacji technicznych i koncepcji w zakresie zarządzania majątkiem przedsiębiorstwa
- Implementacja i konfiguracja systemu HxGN EAM w celu dostosowania do wymagań klienta
- Wdrażanie dodatkowych funkcji systemu oraz kodowanie w językach skryptowych
Oczekiwany profil:
- Jesteś osobą entuzjastycznie nastawioną do zadań, lubisz się uczyć i potrafisz rozpoznawać związki przyczynowo skutkowe
- Ukończone studia (inżynierskie, biznesowe lub informatyczne) lub porównywalne kwalifikacje, ale także studenci ostatnich lat
- Logiczno-analityczne myślenie, zorganizowany i niezależny sposób pracy
- Rozumienie procesów technicznych i operacyjnych
- Silne zdolności komunikacyjne i siła przebicia
- Doświadczenie zawodowe jako programista/konsultant systemu HxGN EAM (lub podobnego systemu) mile widziane
- Dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego i angielskiego
- Gotowość do zagranicznych wyjazdów służbowych związanych z projektem
- Doświadczenie w co najmniej jednym z następujących obszarów:
- Znajomość SQL
- Znajomość języka Java
- Znajomość języków skryptowych: Python, Jython, JavaScript
- Wiedza z zakresu sztucznej inteligencji
- Doświadczenie projektowe z produktami Infor ION, Infor Coleman Analytics, Apache NiFi lub podobnymi

- Implementation of assessments at our customers to determine the current maturity of maintenance
- Management of EAM implementation projects in asset-intensive companies
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction and the commercial success of the projects
- Implementation of workshops, creation of technical specifications and concepts in the field of enterprise asset management
- Support in the acquisition of projects
Your profile
- You already have experience in managing EAM projects, ideally in the energy & utility, pharmaceutical, chemical or rail & logistics sectors
- Completed studies (engineering, business studies, natural sciences or business informatics) or comparable qualifications
- Logical-analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working
- Good to very good knowledge of technical and business processes in maintenance
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness even in demanding project situations
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness for project-related business trips (national and international)
