IT Service Management Consultant (m/f)

As IT Service Management Consultant (m/f), you will be responsible for subproject responsibility in IT service management projects in the context of IT operations and service processes. Depending on your background, you are a consultant with the focus on IT cost management, design or implementation of ITIL processes, performance management or IT automation. You optimize the IT core area of our customers and contribute decisively to the sustained increase in value within the company.

The requirements

  • You have completed a university degree in business data processing or a comparable discipline.
  • You have 2 - 4-year professional experience in the IT sector and are familiar with IT service management.
  • You bring experience in at least one of the following areas:
        - Performance management
        - Design and implementation of standardized IT processes according to ITIL
        - SLA management, IT cost management
        - Service provider management 
  • You have an ITIL certification. 
  • You are a team player, flexible and can cope under pressure.
  • You approach things in structured manner and think analytically.
  • You are prepared to travel domestically. Your German and English language skills are good.

IT Service Management Principal Consultant (m/f)

As IT Service Management Principal Consultant (m/f), you will take on project responsibility in IT service management projects in the environment of IT operations and service processes. Depending on your background, you are a consultant with the focus on IT cost management, design or implementation of ITIL processes, performance management or IT automation. You optimize the IT core area of our customers and contribute decisively to the sustained increase in value within the company.

The requirements

  • You have completed a university degree in business data processing or a comparable discipline.
  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience and at least 5 years of project experience dealing mainly with IT service management.
  • You bring experience in several of the following areas:
          - Management of innovative IT Automation projects
          - Several years of experience in performance management projects
          - Several years of experience in design and implementation of standardized IT processes according to ITIL
          - SLA management, IT cost management
          - Service provider management
  • You have a certification as ITIL Service Manager.
  • You are a team player, flexible and can cope under pressure.
  • You approach things in structured manner and think analytically.
  • Your German and English language skills are very good.
